Access to and use of the Land Valley website is subject to the following terms, conditions, and the relevant laws of Bangladesh.  

1. Terms & Conditions  

• Property Verification
  All properties listed by Land Valley are verified for legal ownership and documentation. Clients are advised to review all documents before finalising any transaction.

• Booking & Reservation
  A booking fee may be required to reserve a property. The fee will be adjusted against the total purchase price.
• Payment Terms
  Full payment or instalment plans must be completed according to the agreed schedule mentioned in the contract.
• Cancellation & Refund
  Cancellation policies depend on property type and agreement. Refunds are subject to deductions as per the contract.
• Property Usage
  Clients agree to use the property for legal purposes only. Any illegal activity is strictly prohibited.
• Ownership Transfer
  Ownership transfer will be completed only after full payment and verification of all required documents.
• Liability
  Land Valley is not liable for third-party disputes or losses after the property ownership is legally transferred.
• Dispute Resolution
  Any dispute arising from a transaction will be resolved through mutual discussion. If unresolved, it will be subject to the jurisdiction of Dhaka courts.
• Confidentiality
  All client information and transaction details are confidential and will not be shared without prior consent.
• Agreement Validity
  These Terms & Conditions are an integral part of the property transaction agreement between Land Valley and the client.
• Property Condition
  Properties are sold or rented as-is. Clients should inspect the property before completing the transaction.
• Taxes & Charges
  Any applicable taxes, government fees, or additional charges are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise stated.
• Third-Party Services
  Land Valley may recommend third-party services (construction, legal, or financial). The company is not responsible for the quality or delivery of these services.
• Force Majeure
  Land Valley is not liable for delays or damages caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or government regulations.
• Amendments
  Any amendments to the agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
• Advertising & Marketing
  Clients consent that Land Valley may use property images or transaction details for marketing purposes unless explicitly restricted.
• Legal Compliance
  Clients must comply with all local laws and regulations regarding property ownership, construction, and occupancy.
• Investment Projects
  For investment-based projects, profits, risks, and timelines will be defined in a separate agreement. Land Valley does not guarantee returns beyond stated terms.
• Termination
  Either party may terminate the agreement in accordance with the terms outlined in the contract. Termination rights must follow proper notice requirements.
• Acknowledgement
  By signing or proceeding with the transaction, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Copyright   

All content, images, designs, logos, text, and any other materials provided by Land Valley are the intellectual property of the company. Unauthorised copying, reproduction, distribution, or use of any material without written permission from Land Valley is strictly prohibited.

By engaging with Land Valley’s services or website, the client agrees not to infringe upon the company’s copyright or intellectual property rights.

3. Content   

All content provided by Land Valley, including but not limited to text, images, videos, graphics, brochures, and other media, is for informational and promotional purposes only.

Clients are responsible for verifying all property-related information before making any investment or purchase decision. Land Valley does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the content for any particular purpose and is not liable for any errors, omissions, or misrepresentations

4. Note on connected sites   

Land Valley may provide links to third-party websites or affiliated platforms for informational or convenience purposes. These connected sites are not owned or controlled by Land Valley, and the company does not endorse, guarantee, or take responsibility for the content, services, or products provided on these external sites.

Clients accessing linked websites do so at their own risk. Land Valley is not liable for any issues, losses, or damages arising from the use of third-party sites.
